Volunteer

If you feel like supporting the idea of dialog, there are lots of activities you can contribute. You can participate in preparation of food for events and learn about Turkish cuisine at the same time. (Turkish cuisine workshops are also to be arranged soon.) For most events we are in need of one or two babysitters. Sometimes we need to move goods for exhibits and this requires both a truck and human power. These are the ones first come to mind...

Please watch for our announcement soon regarding Iowa Dialog Center's tax exempt status if you are interested in donating with tax exemption. Otherwise any donation for our office expenditures, event fees and transportation needs are much appreciated.

Currently our application for the 501c3 (non-profit private foundation) status is pending. We will announce it as soon as it is approved by IRS.
